Shipping and payment

We use for all foreighn orders only one shipping agent for delivery of your order. Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped by United Parcel Service - UPS courier company.

Price for shipping covers each and every parcel up to 30 kg.

In all countries we deliver to your door.  You will be informed about the date of shipment and tracking number of your parcel by email.

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to different destinations. We advise you to group your items in one order.  Your package will be dispatched with basic insurance, which is usually sufficient.

In case of receiving a damaged parcel, please claim this with the courier by writing this information down in documets, where you confirm recipt. Thank you.

Payment

The new GoPay payment gateway alerts clients to errors in the payment and, if the payment fails, allows the customer to try the payment again. Payments are processed using 3D-Secure technology and the payment gateway is certified according to the most stringent security standards by Visa and MasterCard.
