- When are points credited?
Points are credited after your order has been paid.
If your order is cancelled or returned, the corresponding points will be automatically deducted from your customer account.
- How do I redeem loyalty points?
After logging into your customer account, you will see your current loyalty points balance.
During checkout, simply choose how many points you want to redeem as a discount on your order.
- Can I combine loyalty points with a discount coupon?
No.
You can use either loyalty points or a discount coupon in a single order.
Loyalty points are credited based on the final amount paid after any discount coupon has been applied.
- How long are points valid?
Points are valid for 365 days from the date they are credited.
- What happens if I return my order?
If you return your order, the loyalty points earned from that purchase will be automatically deducted from your customer account.
Loyalty points cannot be redeemed when exchanging goods.
Important information
- Loyalty points cannot be exchanged for cash or paid out.
- Loyalty points can only be redeemed in the ELEVEN online store.
- We reserve the right to modify or terminate the loyalty program at any time.
- In the event of misuse of the loyalty program, we reserve the right to terminate a customer's participation in the program.
